Guide for captains

The captain is the official representative of his team. He is responsible for the team formation and the weekly lineups. The lineup has to be sent on Wednesday 21:00 CET by using the lineup sender on the ANCL website. Other roles of the captains include sorting out inner team disputes, communicating with other team captains and the ANCL administrators to solve problems, keeping ANCL administrators up to date with any changes in your team and being a moderator for your team in the ANCL forum.

The lineup sender

Every captain can access his/her lineup sender from the website by clicking on the "Send Lineup" link(the link is available only for captains and only if he/she is signed in on the website.
This page contains the lineup sender, the last lineup sent and the penalty cards of the players.
Choose the 6 players you would like to lineup by checking the checkboxes. Those players who have a red card have no checkbox. Under the table you will see some text saying if your lineup is legal or not. If your lineup is legal the text turns to green and the select button will be enabled.
After pushing the select button you can define the board order of the players. The "up" button belonging to a player whose category is lower then the category of the player above him is disabled.

Captains are moderator of their own team room. When you sign in, your team room becomes visible under the "Team Rooms" category.

When you enter the team room, a link in the bottom right corner saying "You can moderate this forum" appears.

When you click on it, the moderator window appears where you have the option to lock, unlock, move or delete any topic you wish within your team room.

Every team has a usergroup on the forum. A player can enter a team room only if he/she is a member of that team. Captains can add or remove players from the usergroup. You can see the usergroups by clicking on the "Usergroups" link on the top of the forum.

A new window appears where you can choose which usergroup you want to view. If you choose your usergroup you will be able to add players by entering the player s username in the box shown on the picture and by clicking the "Add member" button.
