Greetings to all!
I just wanted to inform everyone out there who may still be searching for an extra teammate to man the lower boards for this upcoming season that my younger brother (Jake - Playchess s/n: en prise) would like an opportunity to play in ANCL this season.
He has only recently begun to take his chess more seriously (6 months or so), and has been devoting ever-increasing amounts of time to his studies and preparations, and we both agree that a friendly league of this nature could potentially really help his play develop, and it would also give him some of his own games to analyze after each match.
He does not have an ELO on Playchess yet, as his account is brand new, but I would estimate his strength to be about that of a Cat 2-4 in ANCL, or roughly 1350-1500 Playchess Slow time controls.
Any openings please reply to me in this topic, and I will then help him register and can join the team!

as soon as he will checked by admins and well registered in ancl, i will add him in the team kangarooks, welcome to him. as you know, he has to play 20 slow games at least on playchess main hall and a rank of knight at least, thanks to do it quickly. can you remind me his real nickname please

My apologies to The Kangarooks (and Stefanovitch especially) Captain Jack (KOTR) had sent me a server mail before, claiming Jake to KOTR, and I did not check my mail.
Just to be clear: Jake will be joining KOTR for the upcoming season.

Fine with me, but I really don't know who your little brother is.
Has he registered?
What is his nick? En prise? (Can't find that name on the server)
It doesn't really matter much to me, but it would be fun to know who we are talking about.

en prise has now registered on the main site. So far he is ok and checked out by the sysop.
We are now waiting for him to get the 20 slow and the rank and he will be ok.
Please give us a hint when this is reached!
